- If you have not logged in to your account or downloaded any product, a full refund will be issued—no questions asked.
- If the product does not work as shown on the live demo, and our support team is unable to fix the issue, you may request a refund within 14 (fourteen) days of your purchase.
In such cases, we may ask you questions before processing the refund. We also reserve the right to decline a refund if we find it unreasonable.

- You reported a bug but refused to let our support fix it.
- You requested support or new features that fall outside our support policy, and we declined.
- Refunds are not available for subscription renewals.
